If you use the contact form, we collect your name, phone number or email address, and whatever you write in the message field. If you call, text or email us directly, we hold whatever details you give us in that conversation.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or arrange work. We don't use it for marketing and don't sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How it's stored

The contact form is handled by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, who process submissions and deliver them to our inbox. Photos attached to the form are handled the same way.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address. You can opt out using your browser's tracking or cookie settings, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or carry out the work, after which it's deleted.
